Nurses, Doctors, PA-C’s, NNPS, ARNPs, Respiratory Therapists, Nutritionists, Lactation Consultants, Social Workers, Occupational/Physical/Speech Therapists.
The First Coast Neonatal Symposium is designed to provide affordable continuing education specifically for those individuals working in neonatal intensive care units and newborn nurseries.
The program planners strive to identify and invite faculty who are experts in neonatology, neonatal respiratory therapy, newborn care, and professional development. Each year a committee of 8 neonatal nurses, 3 respiratory therapists, and one neonatologist representing the major hospitals in the northeast Florida area, meet monthly to design an agenda based on a needs survey conducted at the previous year's symposium. The resulting program is based on current trends in neonatology and what YOU tell US you want to know.
